Runs drives, automatic, no rust whatsoever... Sounds like a great deal, but parts can be hard. Would be my project vehicle, as I already have a truck. I am somehow attracted to these. Should I buy it?!

For 2k you really can't do wrong especially if it drives. I would say buy! OPPOertunites don't come a'knockin every day

You're coming to the wrong place if you are wishing to be persuaded not to buy.

I know... I want to jump on it, but it is too late today. Wake up tomorrow, and take a look.

Really just wanted to see if anyone had any experience.

10-4. Should be a good start if it runs and drives though!

Is it the four or the six? The four should be relatively easy to find parts for, since it was in production through 1971 in a whole host of Jeeps. The six might be harder.

If it drives, has no rust, and is in what appears to be at least halfway presentable condition, yes, $2k is a great price.
